LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier Developments PLC on Wednesday said that Chief Executive David Braben sold shares for GBP1.8 million thanks to demand from institutional investors.
Braben, who founded the company in 1994, sold 750,000 shares at 240 pence each "to meet institutional demand".
The chief executive still owns 50.3% of the video game developer.
Shares in Frontier Developments closed up 0.6% at 246.5p on Wednesday.
