SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd - Edinburgh-based tidal and hydro energy producer - Appoints Andrew Charters as chief financial officer. His most recent role was as finance director for Glasgow-based window supplier CMS Window Systems for a year since 2020, and prior to that was director of Finance & IT at the Scottish Football Association. He will replace Andrew Fagley, who will become non-executive director.

Feedback PLC - medical imaging software company - Appoints Anesh Patel as chief financial officer with immediate effect. Patel was formerly CFO of group subsidiary Feedback Medical Ltd since April 2021, and prior to that was finance & corporate projects director at hVIVO Ltd, a subsidiary of Open Orphan PLC for a year since 2020.

Quarto Group Inc - London-based illustrated book publisher - Chief Operating Officer Ken Fund will become non-executive director with effect on Wednesday, stepping down from his executive role but remaining on the board. In June, Quarto had said Fund would be leaving the company entirely.

Sabre Insurance Group PLC - Dorking, Surrey-based motor insurance - Non-Executive Director Catherine Barton steps down from board with immediate effect after four years in the role. Company has started the process to find a replacement.

Foxtons Group PLC - London-based estate agent - Appoints Peter Rollings as non-executive director with effect on Wednesday. His most recent executive role was as chief executive officer at London-based estate agent Marsh & Parsons for 11 years from 2005 to 2016.

Rutherford Health PLC - Hereford, England-based cancer care centre provider - Non-Executive Director Chris Evans steps down with immediate effect, after six years in the role since 2015.

GENinCode PLC - Oxford-based cardiovascular disease detection and prevention company - Non-Executive Director David Evans steps down immediately, after one year in the role since 2020.
