LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC Friday said that its open offer, placing and offer for subscription of convertible unsecured loan stock has been oversubscribed.
In a statement, the company said that a total of GBP40.0 million in nominal value of convertible unsecured loan stock will be issued.
