(Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Stephen Gutteridge has given notice that he will step down from the board at the end of 2020.
A process to recruit a new independent non-executive director is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.
AIM-listed Fulcrum Utility Services shares closed up 0.2% in London on Tuesday at 38.81 pence each.
