LONDON (Alliance News) - FBD Holdings PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director David O'Connor bought 1,500 shares at a price of EUR7.00 per share Tuesday.
Earlier this month, the Irish insurance firm said it remains on track to be profitable in 2017 as its pretax loss narrowed significantly in the first half of 2016 thanks to the absence of significant claims booked a year prior.
The stock was up 1.8% at EUR6.87 Wednesday.
