LONDON (Alliance News) - Volution Group PLC said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Ian Dew will retire from his role during 2019.
The ventilation products supplier has commenced a search process to appoint a successor.
Dew will retain his role as CFO of the company until a successor has been appointed, and for a transitional period thereafter, Volution explained.
Dew joined the company in 2012 and was promoted CFO in 2014.
Volution shares were trading up 0.7% at 148.00 pence each.
