AJ Bell PLC - Manchester-based DIY investment platform - Chief Executive Andy Bell sells 1.8 million shares and Chair Les Platts sells 177,075, both at 437.77p and together worth GBP8.5 million, on Friday last week. Bell now has 96.7 million shares, a 23.6% stake, and Platts 425,867 shares.

Renishaw PLC - Gloucestershire-based machine tools - Non-Executive Deputy Chair John Deer sells 5,350 shares at GBP48.50, worth GBP259,475, on Monday.

Photo-Me International PLC - Epsom, Surrey-based operator of instant-service equipment, such as photobooths and self-service laundry - CEO & Deputy Chair Serge Crasnianski buys 417,516 shares via Tibergest Pte Ltd at 48.81p, worth GBP203,790, on Friday last week. Now has 89.6 million shares, a 23.7% stake.

Reach4Entertainment Enterprises PLC - London-based operator of theatrical, film and live entertainment advertising, marketing and display agencies - Chief Executive Officer Marc Boyan buys 7.5 million shares at 0.346p, worth GBP25,950, on Monday. On Thursday last week, Boyan had bought 34.0 million shares. He now has 246.5 million shares, a 19.3% stake.
