DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Energy Technique Buys 3,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy Technique PLC said Chief Executive Officer Leigh Stimpson bought 3,000 shares at a price of 289 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Stimpson has a beneficial interest in 175,654 shares, representing approximately 7.35% of the issued ordinary share capital.
The stock was trading down 0.4% at 291.25p Tuesday.
