(Alliance News) - Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC has promoted Non-Executive Director Jan Babiak to senior independent director, it said on Thursday.
Chair Leslie van de Walle said: "I am delighted that Jan Babiak has agreed to become the senior independent director at Euromoney. Our board and other stakeholders will continue to benefit from Jan's wide-ranging experience sitting on global boards of directors."
Euromoney is a business-to-business information provider and events organiser.
Shares were 1.2% higher on Thursday afternoon in London at 1,478.00 pence each.
