Ediston Property Investment Co PLC - London-based firm which invests in office, retail and industrial commercial property - Posts EPRA net asset value per share at September 30 of 86.01 pence per share, down 21% year-on-year from 108.7p. Total assets on September 30 decreased 14% to GBP294.7 million from GBP342.2 million a year before. Annualised dividend per share reduced to 4.88p per share from last year's 5.75p. Says it decided to continue to pay monthly dividends, but at a rate which matches the level of cash received rather than due, as tenants have been hurt by the economic effects of Covid-19. Says the challenges are far from over but remains confident in its positioning to exploit opportunities as they arise.
