(Alliance News) - Ediston Property Investment Co PLC said on Tuesday Non-Executive Director William Hill bought 22,800 shares in the company.
Hill bought the shares on Tuesday at a price of 86.50 pence, the transaction totalling GBP19,723.
Shares in Ediston closed down 3.2% at 86.00p in London on Tuesday.
