LONDON (Alliance News) - EJF Investments Ltd said on Thursday it will issue new ordinary shares at a price of 171 pence per share.
The trust also said it plans to target an annual dividend of 10 pence per share for the financial year ending December 31.
EJF Investments will apply to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be admitted on the Specialist Fund Segment. The admission is expected on May 9 when the dealing will commence.
The new shares will not receive a dividend on May 31, when all other shares are expected to, according to an announcement by the trust on April 24.
Shares in EJF Investments were trading at 175.00 pence down by 2%.
