EG Solutions Full-Year Results To Be In Line With Market Expectations

Mon, 13th Feb 2017 07:55

LONDON (Alliance News) - Back office software company EG Solutions PLC said Monday it expects its full-year results to be in line with market expectations after a "strong" second half.

EG said for the year ended January 31 it expects revenue of not less than GBP8.2 million and adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of over GBP1.2 million.

EG's full-year results are expected on March 22.

EG said it saw strong trading in the second half of the financial year, and signed several "major new contracts" with global firms.

It has also signed a new master services agreement with an unnamed "leading business process outsourcer" which will see its Operational Intelligence software integrated with the outsourcer's offering in the utilities sector. This has led to the immediate deployment of licences worth around GBP762,000 within the UK's "largest energy supplier", said EG.

"The second half of the financial year was busy and the board is encouraged by the company's performance. We are delighted with the successful signing of a number of high-profile contracts and our pipeline as we enter the new financial year is strong," said Nigel Payne, non-executive chairman of EG Solutions.
