LONDON (Alliance News) - Egdon Resources PLC on Wednesday said Exploration Director Martin Durham will be appointed to the company's board.
Durham will replace Technical Director Jerry Field, who is retiring.
Durham, who joined Egdon in 2014, has significant industry experience gained through companies including Louisiana Land and Exploration Inc, LASMO PLC, Eni and Northern Petroleum PLC, the company explained.
Until 2014, he was a founding director of Union Jack Oil PLC.
Egdon shares were untraded on Wedensday, last quoted at 8.11 pence each.
