Edenville Energy PLC - operating of the Rukwa coal project in southwest Tanzania - Proposes consolidation of entire issued share capital of 8.15 billion shares on the basis of one new share for every 1,000 shares.
Should consolidation be approved by shareholders at annual general meeting on January 5, 2021, Edenville's share capital will be reduced to 8.1 million shares.
