Keystone Law Group PLC - London-based law firm - Root Capital Fund II Ltd Partnership sells 250,000 shares at 800 pence each on Monday, worth GBP2.0 million. Keystone Non-Executive Director Simon Philips is a limited partner in Root Capital, which now holds just 12,000 shares.

Greencoat UK Wind PLC - renewable infrastructure fund that invests in UK wind farms - Four directors buy a total of 90,152 shares at GBP1.32, worth GBP119,001, on Monday. Non-Executive Director Lucinda Riches buys the majority, with 50,000 shares purchased.

Audioboom Group PLC - London-based podcast producer - Luxury property developer Nick Candy buys 10,000 shares at 998.75p, worth GBP99,875, on Monday. Candy now is interested in 2.3 million Audioboom shares, a 15% stake. Audioboom Non-Executive Director Steven Smith is associated with Candy Ventures sarl, through which Candy holds most of these shares.

Manolete Partners PLC - London-based insolvency litigation financing - Chair Howard Leigh buys 19,000 shares at GBP2.59, worth GBP49,210, on Monday. Leigh succeeded Peter Bertram as chair this year.

ECO Animal Health Group PLC - Surrey-based pet and livestock pharmaceuticals - Chief Executive Officer Marc Loomes buys 33,244 shares at 150.40p, worth GBP49,999. Chief Financial Officer Christopher Wilks buys 16,595 shares at 150.64p, worth GBP24.999. Both on Tuesday. The purchase is Loomes's only holding. He is retiring at the end of 2022. Wilks now has 24,095 shares.
