LONDON (Alliance News) - ECO Animal Health Group PLC said Tuesday that following its issue of 7.1 million new shares a group of executives, including Chief Executive Officer Marc Loomes and Executive Director Brett Clemo, had been granted new options over shares last Wednesday.
The shares were granted as follows:

The company also said that on October 3 a group of executives including Clemo and Loomes had exercised options over shares which were then subsequently sold. The transactions were as follows:

Executive Chairman Peter Lawrence will acquire 105,263 shares at the placing price.
ECO makes pharmaceutical products for animal health markets, its shares last traded at 197.00 pence.
