Duke Royalty Ltd - UK and Europe royalty finance provider - Exits investment in three river cruising vessels through sale of subsidiary Duke Royalty Switzerland Gmbh to Starling Fleet Holdings for EUR11.6 million.
Also announces placing to raise minimum of GBP33 million at a price of 35 pence per share, which will go towards fund investments into two new royalty partners, as well as a follow-up investment into one existing partner for a business acquisition. Issue price reflects 9.1% discount to closing price on Tuesday.
Cenkos Securities and Canaccord Genuity are acting as joint bookrunners.
