Duke Royalty Ltd - UK and Europe royalty finance provider - Raises GBP32 million through placing of 91.4 million shares at a price of 35 pence each, although company said Wednesday the minimum amount of funds to be raised would be GBP33 million.
Proceeds will go towards funding investments into two new royalty partners, as well as a follow-up investment into one existing partner for a business acquisition.
Cenkos Securities and Canaccord Genuity acted as joint bookrunners.
Current stock price: 36.50 pence, down 4.6% on Thursday
Year-to-date change: up 20%
