LONDON (Alliance News) - Distil PLC Friday said Non-Executive Director Mark Quinn bought a total of 750,000 shares on Thursday.
Details are as follows:
- 500,000 shares were bought at 0.7475 pence each
- 250,000 shares were bought at 0.7875p each.
Following these transactions, Quinn has a beneficial interest in 4.3 million shares, representing approximately 0.97% of the total voting rights.
Shares in the vodka and wine seller were quoted at 0.850p, up 9.7% Friday morning.
