London-listed industrial LED lighting technology and solutions firm Dialight says Bird will be stepping down from his role as non-executive director to take up the opportunity at Headlam. Hillary Gumbo, managing director of the company's subsidiary in Botswana and responsible for exploration activities in the country, will also join the board. Thanks Chuck Forrest, who recently stood down from his position as CFO, and notes it has retained his services as a consultant when required. The financial function of the group is now being managed by ONE Advisory, an external provider of accounting services.
