LONDON (Alliance News) - Diamond mining company DiamondCorp PLC Monday said a group of executives and a non-executive director have purchased a total of 758,000 shares.
Chairman Euan Worthington bought 213,000 shares at a price of 7.50 pence per share, the company said. Following this transaction, Worthington holds 1.6 million shares which represents 0.50% of the issued share capital.
Chief Executive Officer Paul Loudon bought 250,000 shares at 7.70p each and now holds 5.9 million shares representing 1.85% of the share capital.
Chief Operating Officer Steve West bought 220,000 shares at 7.23p each and now holds 1.5 million shares representing 0.46% of the issued share capital.
Non-Executive Director Nick Allen bought 75,000 shares at 7.62p each and how holds 282,366 shares in total.
Shares were trading at 7.82p, up 4.3% Monday morning.
