LONDON (Alliance News) - Dixons Carphone PLC Friday said a group of executives sold shares at a price of 315.00 pence per share on Thursday in transactions worth a total of around GBP2.3 million.
Dixons Carphone Chief Executive Officer Seb James sold 302,000 shares, in a deal worth GBP951,300 gross. His shareholding now stands at 606,835 shares.
Sarah Louise Singer, a connected person to Finance Director Humphrey Singer, sold 200,000 shares. Humphrey Singer now holds 419,748 shares.
Chief Executive of Connected World Services Graham Stapleton sold 182,500 shares and now holds 307,534 shares.
Chief Executive of UK & Ireland Katie Bickerstaffe sold 50,000 shares and now holds 359,568 shares.
Shares in the mobile phone and electrical goods retailer were down 0.8% at 310.90p Friday.
