LONDON (Alliance News) - D4t4 Solutions PLC said Monday that it expects year-on-year rise in revenue and adjusted profit ahead of management views for the 2018 financial year.
The data solutions firm anticipates revenue to come in at around GBP20.0 million for the year to the end of March, up from GBP17.7 million reported the year before. It predicts year-on-year increase in projects revenue due to increased demand for its hybrid analytics cloud solutions.
The group said its adjusted profit will slightly exceed management's expectations. In 2017 financial year, the company posted adjusted pretax profit of GBP4.2 million.
As a result, D4t4 Solutions intends to increase its annual dividend payment. In 2017 financial year, it paid a dividend of 2.25 pence per share.
Looking ahead, D4t4 Solutions said its current revenue visibility, order book and pipeline of opportunities bodes well for the future.
"Our strategy continues to deliver and is reflected in our strong profit growth," said Chief Executive Peter Kear.
"The business enters the new financial year in robust shape after achieving record bookings in the second half year and we are encouraged by the opportunities and outlook for the business in the coming year," Kear continued. "Consequently, as a board we are confident in delivering our expectations for the financial year ending March 2019."
The stock was trading 0.2% lower at 154.75p per share on Monday.
