LONDON (Alliance News) - Charles Taylor PLC Wednesday said that Edward Creasy will be appointed chairman in succession to Rupert Robson, following the release of the company's half year results on August 28.
Creasy was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of Charles Taylor at the start of 2014.
"We agreed unanimously that Edward's senior level board experience and extensive knowledge of the London insurance market makes him the ideal person to chair Charles Taylor," Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Gill Rider said.
