LONDON (Alliance News) - Castleton Technology PLC said Wednesday that it will appoint Haywood Chapman as finance director starting December 1, replacing interim Finance Director Spencer Dredge.
Chapman was most recently group financial controller of data centre company Infinity SDC Ltd, and prior to that held senior finance positions at Northgate Information Solutions Ltd.
Dredge will remain with the company as a consultant to allow a smooth handover.
Additionally, the company appointed Phil Kelly as a senior independent non-executive director, replacing Richard Ramsay who is stepping down.
"I would [...] like to welcome Phil and Haywood to the board, I am certain they will make an excellent contribution to fulfilling our strategy to build a leading IT Managed Services business focussed on the public and not for profit sectors, a market segment I believe offers substantial opportunity," said Chief Executive Ian Smith in a statement.
Shares in Castleton are trading down 5.7% at 1.25 pence Wednesday morning.
