LONDON (Alliance News) - CareTech Holdings PLC said Thursday that Executive Director Stewart Wallace will retire from the company on September 27 upon reaching the age of 65.
The UK specialist social care services provider said that it is intended that Wallace will continue to provide input to CareTech on an advisory basis following his retirement.
"We are immensely grateful to Stewart for his key role in the development of CareTech's services over the past 14 years. His background in social work and his commitment to the highest standards of care have been instrumental in creating our care pathways and in building the foundations for CareTech's future growth. We wish Stewart well for his retirement and I am very pleased that he will remain available to the Company," said Executive Chairman Farouq Sheikh.
Shares in CareTech Holdings were Thursday morning untraded, quoted at 246.00 pence per share.
