LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Countryside Properties said that Chief Executive Officer Ian Sutcliffe sold 1.8 million shares in the company.Sutcliffe sold the shares in the housebuilder at 325 pence each in a deal worth GBP5.9 million. His total holding following he sale was not disclosed.Countryside shares were closed down 1.3% at 323.20p each.----------Invesco Perpetual Enhanced Income said that Non-Executive Director Mike Lombardi sold 184,340 shares in the company. Lombardi sold the shares in the investment trust at 74.75 pence each in a deal worth GBP136,411. His total holding following the sale was not disclosed. Invesco Perpetual shares closed down 0.4% at 75.02p each.----------Baillie Gifford Japan Trust said that Director Joanna Pitman bought shares in a deal worth GBP44,306. Pitman acquired 5,262 shares in the trust at 842 pence each. Her total stake in the company following the purchase was not disclosed. Shares in the trust closed down 0.8% at 836.00p each. ----------
