Craneware PLC - Edinburgh-based healthcare software firm - Pretax profit in financial year ended June 30 up 5.4% to USD19.3 million from USD18.3 million. Revenue up 0.1% to USD71.5 million from USD71.4 million. Raises payout 1.9% to 26.5 pence per share from 26.0p.
