DIRECTOR DEALINGS: CRH CEO sells EUR3 million in shares, non-exec buys

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

CRH PLC - Dublin-based building materials - Chief Executive Albert Manifold sells 58,346 shares at EUR51.48, worth EUR3.0 million, in Dublin on Thursday last week. Non-Executive Director Richard Fearon buys 20,000 shares at USD56.20, worth USD1.1 million, in New York, also on Thursday.

Virgin Wines UK PLC - Norwich, England-based online wine retailer - Chief Executive Officer Jay Wright buys 275,000 shares at average 43.31 pence, worth GBP119,103, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week. Non-Executive Chair John Risman buys 120.481 shares at 41.5p, worth GBP50,000, on Wednesday. Wright now has 4.9 million shares, an 8.8% stake, while Risman has 1.6 million shares.

Frenkel Topping Group PLC - Manchester-based professional and financial services firm focused on asset protection - Chief Operating Officer Mark Holt buys 130,000 shares at 54 pence, worth GBP70,200, on Friday last week. Now has 459,791 shares, a 0.4% stake.

IQGeo Group PLC - Cambridge-based developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for telecoms and utility network operators - Kestrel Partners LLP buys 59,950 shares at GBP2.98, worth GBP178,651, on Friday. Now interested in 16.6 million IQGeo shares, a 27% stake. IQGeo Non-Executive Director Max Royde is a partner in Kestrel.

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Steve Sun, group director & chair of Jardine Matheson China, buys 1,000 shares at USD45.81, worth USD45,810, on Thursday last week in Singapore. Sun had bought 2,000 shares earlier this month.

IN BRIEF: CRH completes divestment of Building Envelope business

CRH - Dublin-based building materials firm - Completes the sale of its Building Envelope business for an enterprise value of USD3.8 billion. In February, CRH had said it would offload the business to New York-based investment company KPS Capital Partners LP. The deal includes USD3.45 billion in cash and a transfer of lease liabilities of USD350 million.
