LONDON (Alliance News) - Caracal Energy Inc. Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Trevor Peters acquired 32,948 shares at a price of USD6.07 each as a result of the conversion of the issuer's 200,000 convertible bonds Monday.
Following this transaction, Peters holds 802,948 shares.
The oil and gas company also said Non-Executive Director Brooke Wade acquired 164,744 shares as a result of the conversion of the issuer's 1 million convertible bonds at the same price last Thursday.
Wade now holds 477,925 shares.
The company's shares were quoted at 550.00 pence, down 0.25, on Tuesday.
