He will be replacing CEO Scott Kaintz, who will assume role as chief financial officer, but will step down from board with immediate effect. Meanwhile, non-executive director Antoine Karam will take on role of non-executive chair. Karam is 45% shareholder in Extraction Srl, which holds 13% stake in Corcel. Extraction stake to rise to just under 21% once Corcel placing is completed.
