LONDON (Alliance News) - Crawshaw Group PLC Tuesday said Chairman Richard Rose transferred 800,000 shares at no cost to the Roses' Charity Trust Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Rose now holds 5.2 million shares, which represents 9.07% stake in the firm.
Shares in the meat retailer were up 3.3% at 39.00 pence Tuesday.
