Cradle Arc Non-Exec Chairman Toby Howell Departs, Pitchford Replaces

LONDON (Alliance News) - Cradle Arc PLC on Wednesday said Roy Pitchford will replace an outgoing Non-Executive Chairman Toby Howell, who stepped down immediately to pursue his other business interests.

In addition, the mining company also said it appointed Michael Golding as non-executive director.

Pitchford has in excess of 25 years' senior management and executive experience in Southern Africa in the mining industry. He has previously served as chief executive officer or managing director for Vast Resources PLC, Central African Gold PLC, African Minerals Ltd, Cluff Resources Zimbabwe Ltd, Delta Gold Zimbabwe Pvt Ltd, African Platinum PLC and Zimbabwe Platinum Mines Ltd.

Golding was previously the South African head of Corporate Finance for Billiton PLC, following which he acted as a director at HSBC Investment Services Africa Ltd, Actis PLC and Imara Holdings Ltd. He currently serves as non-executive chairman to CCP 12J Fund Ltd.

Shares in Cradle Arc were trading 0.3% lower on Wednesday at 3.84 pence each.
