CAP-XX Ltd - supercapacitors manufacturer - Intends to raise GBP2.8 million through a placing of 51.6 million shares and the sale of up to 10.5 million shares at a price of 5.5 pence per share.

Bookbuilding will be managed by joint broker Cenkos Securities PLC.

Proceeds from the placing will go towards increasing the sales and marketing capacity of the business, fund new product development and added investment in supply chain systems, and provide additional working capital.

Issue price reflects 11% discount to Monday's closing price of 6.20p.

Current stock price: 6.00 pence

Year-to-date change: down 55%
