LONDON (Alliance News) - Assistance products company CPPGroup PLC on Friday said it has appointed Michael Corcoran as its chief financial officer.
He is the former international chief financial officer of Franklin Templeton Investments, the fund management group.
"The board is delighted that Mike has agreed to join CPP and that we have been able to secure someone of his calibre. I look forward to Mike making a significant contribution as we continue to make encouraging progress with our strategy to drive the group's turnaround," said Chairman Roger Canham.
Shares in CPPGroup were up 0.5% to 12.8154 pence on Friday.
