Premier Oil PLC - oil and gas company with operations in countries including Mexico, the UK, Vietnam, and Brazil - Says restructuring plans of Premier and Premier Oil UK Ltd received sanction today at a hearing of the Court of Session in Scotland. Says the all share merger between Premier and Chrysaor Holdings Ltd and the reorganisation of Premier's existing debt and cross currency swaps are expected to complete on March 31.

Ascent Resources PLC - onshore energy firm focused in Caribbean and Europe - Announces intention to initiate arbitration proceedings against the government of Slovenia after the Slovenian government said it failed to set forward a damages proposal. Confirms that an amicable settlement is presently not achievable. Says the PG-11A well at Petiscovci project in Slovenia is now producing at approximately 7,500 to 10,000 standard cubic metres per day.

Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd - oil and gas company focused on Sub-Saharan Africa - Applies for LSE cancellation after Atomic Oil & Gas LLC acquisition. Says LSE cancellation will not affect Canadian listing. Expects LSE cancellation on April 21.

Yourgene Health PLC - Manchester, England-headquartered molecular diagnostics firm - Says twin pregnancy study published using its IONA test. Says article details a multicentre study that took place in six fetal medicine centres across the UK. Says the test was to establish the screening performance of cell-free DNA for the three common trisomies in twin pregnancies. "It is great to have the clinical validation of [non-invasive prenatal testing] screening in twin pregnancies fully recognised. NIPT lowers the need for invasive testing and the consequent fetal loss rate, providing a safer option for expectant mothers, especially in twin pregnancies. The study concluded that NIPT should be considered as the primary test and part of the clinical pathway for all pregnancies, an important milestone for non-invasive testing which confirms the key advantages of our IONA test," says Chief Executive Lyn Rees.
