CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC - invests in investment companies offering Growth or Income shares - In the year ended May 31, net asset value total per Income share total return is negative 1.5%, underperforming the FTSE All-Share Index return of 8.3%. Dividend per Income share increases 7.3% year-on-year to 6.65 pence. NAV total return per Growth share is minus 11.4%, also underperforming the FTSE All-Share Index. Pretax loss on ordinary activities is GBP13.4 million, swung from a pretax return of GBP39.8 million a year before. Swings to total loss on Income shares of 2.10p and Growth shares of 32.28p, from a return of 32.53p and 67.27p respectively.

"Whilst the financial year to 31 May 2022 was difficult in terms of performance, the NAV total return of both share classes outperformed the benchmark over five years, ten years and from launch to 31 May 2022," comments Chair David Warnock.

Targets at least 6.68p annual dividend for financial 2023 for its Income shares.
