LONDON (Alliance News) - Clear Leisure PLC said Friday that non-executive chairman Luke Johnson had resigned with immediate effect.
Chief Executive Alfredo Villa will act as interim Chairman until a replacement is found, the company said.
Shares in the investment company were trading down 6.7% at 2.80 pence Friday morning.
