Bigblu Broadband PLC - Bicester, Oxfordshire-based rural broadband services provider - Harwood Capital LLP and Harwood Management (Gibraltar) Ltd sell 500,000 shares at 95 pence, worth GBP475,000, on Thursday. Harwood had sold 947,500 shares on Wednesday. Christopher Mills, a non-executive director of Bigblu, is chief executive of Harwood Capital and Harwood Management.

City of London Investment Group PLC - specialist asset manager - Non-Executive Director Barry Olliff sells 22,670 shares via Stable View III LP at GBP5.50, worth GBP124,685, on Monday. Olliff now has 1.2 million shares, a 2.3% stake.
