(Alliance News) - CloudCoCo Group PLC on Tuesday said it has hired Mike Lacey as chief financial officer with immediate effect, replacing Jill Collighan.
Collighan will remain on the board as non-executive director.
CloudCoCo Group was created after cloud & IT business CloudCoCo Ltd was acquired by IT as-a-service firm Adept4 PLC in October.
Lacey previously worked as finance director at network computer equipment supplier Calyx UK Ltd and at bedding products supplier Character World Ltd.
He has over 30 years of experience working in senior finance roles across a variety of sectors, said CloudCoCo, adding that he has held roles at accounting firm Ernst & Young, engineering company AMEC PLC, and consumer retailer Co-operative Group.
"We are delighted that Mike is joining the board as chief financial officer and will be working full-time in the business. He brings a wealth of relevant experience that will be invaluable as we continue with the CloudCoCo integration," said Non-Executive Chair Simon Duckworth.
"We also would like to thank Jill for her contribution during a period of significant change for the business and look forward to continue working with her as a Non-Executive Director," he added.
Shares in the Warrington-headquartered CloudCoCo were flat at 1.27 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
