Fulcrum Utility Services Hires Ian Pattison As Interim Finance Head

Fri, 21st Feb 2020 13:11

(Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd on Friday said it has hired Ian Pattison as interim chief financial officer effective from Monday next week, until a permanent replacement is found.

The search for a finance head commenced after the multi-utility infrastructure & services provider promoted former chief financial officer Daren Harris to chief executive post in January.

Pattison brings significant experience with him, Fulcrum said. It added that he has held senior financial roles at construction & civil engineering company Clugston Group, industrial services provider Cape PLC and Cintas Document Management UK Ltd, in addition to CFO assignments within the modular construction sector.

Cintas Document Management - part of Cintas Corp - is a provider of integrated document management solutions including archiving, scanning and digitisation, and business process outsourcing.

Recently appointed Chief Executive Harris said: "We are delighted that Ian will be joining Fulcrum as interim chief financial officer. He brings a strong commercial focus alongside broad financial skills within a contracting environment. His wealth of experience will support the delivery of the group's strategy at an exciting time for the business".

Fulcrum Utility shares were trading 1.4% lower at 23.66 pence each on Friday in London.
