(Alliance News) - CIP Merchant Capital Ltd on Friday said it has acquired 12.8 million shares in Circassia Pharmaceuticals PLC.
The investment company purchased the shares for a total of GBP2.8 million and it now holds a 3.4% stake in the respiratory products manufacturing firm.
Shares in CIP Merchant were flat at 48.50 pence each in London on Friday afternoon, while Circassia shares were 11% higher at 23.60p.
