DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Jimmy Choo Non-Executive Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Jimmy Choo said Non-Executive Director Meribeth Parker bought 12,000 shares at a price of 126.5 pence per share on Thursday.

Parker was appointed in July 2015 and was previously publishing director for Hearst Magazines UK from 2001-2015.

Hearst has a luxury portfolio of brands which includes Harper's Bazaar, Esquire, ELLE, ELLE Decoration and Town & Country and Men's Health.

The luxury shoes and accessories company last Thursday reported a fall in pretax profit due to higher financing costs, but operating profit and revenue both increased.

The stock closed down 0.4% at 124.25p Friday.

Melrose Industries said Non-Executive Director David Lis bought a total of 126,500 shares in three separate transactions on Friday. Lis bought 100,000 shares at a price of 151.7835 pence per share, 23,000 shares at 151.6661p per share and 3,500 shares at 151.46p per share. Following these transactions, Lis now holds an interest of 433,997 shares, representing approximately 0.023% of the issued share capital. Melrose Industries on Wednesday said it has completed its tender offer for its reverse takeover of the US's Nortek Inc, and it will now take steps to cancel the listing of Nortek's shares on the NASDAQ market in New York. Shares in the industrial group closed up 1.7% at 151.23p Friday.

ScS Group said Non-Executive Director George Adams bought 2,000 shares at a price of 192.5 pence per share on Wednesday. The purchase is Adams's only holding in the upholstered furniture and floorings retailer. The stock closed up 1.4% at 197.40p Friday.

KAZ Minerals said Chairman Simon Heale bought 28,000 shares at a price of 175.7 pence per share Thursday. The mining stock closed up 2.1% at 178.10p Friday.

Murray International Trust said Non-Executive Director David Hardie bought 2,780 shares at a price of 1,090.56 pence per share on August 23. The stock closed up 1.3% at 1,132.00p Friday.

Total Produce said Frank Gernon, a director, sold 100,000 shares at a price of EUR1.60 each Thursday. Shares in the fruit and vegetables distributor closed up 2.0% at 136.70p Friday.

Northern Bear said Finance Director Tom Hayes bought 20,000 shares at a price of 45 pence per share Friday. Following this transaction, Hayes holds 70,000 shares, representing an approximately 0.4% stake. The stock closed up 1.7% at 45.00p Friday.
