DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Keystone Law CEO joins other execs in selling

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Keystone Law Group PLC - London-based law firm - Chief Executive Officer James Knight sells 200,000 shares at 820 pence, worth GBP1.6 million, on Friday last week. Knight continues to have 8.9 million shares, a 28% stake. On Thursday last week, Finance Director Ashley Miller had sold 45,000 shares, and Director of Operations & Compliance William Robins had sold 600,000, at the same 820p price, deals worth a total of GBP5.3 million.

Wizz Air Holdings PLC - Budapest-based low-cost airline - Owain Jones, chief supply chain & legal officer, sells 8,750 shares at GBP49.64, worth GBP434,350, on Friday.

Churchill China PLC - Stoke-On-Trent, England-based ceramic for hospitality and retail markets - CEO David O'Connor sells 4,407 shares, Finance Director David Taylor sells 9,000, and Sales & Marketing Director James Roper sells 8,000, all at 1,939.50p on Friday. Together the disposals are worth GBP415,189. O'Connor now has 31,655 shares, and Taylor has 50,555. Roper has 995,835 shares, a 9.0% stake.

Symphony International Holdings Ltd - strategic investment company - Director Anil Thadani buys 1.2 million shares at USD0.43 and USD0.44, worth about USD490,000 in total, on Thursday and Friday. Thadani had bought just under 120,000 shares on Monday last week.

Eleco PLC - London-based architecture and construction software - Executive Chair Serena Lang buys 77,234 shares at 127p and 132p, worth GBP99,981, on Thursday and Friday last week. CEO Jonathan Hunter buys 11,847 shares at 126.5p on Friday. The purchases are Lang's only holding holding, while Hunter now has 28,361 shares. Lang is due to revert to non-executive chair this month.

888 Holdings PLC - Gibraltar-based online betting and gaming - Non-Executive Chair Jon Mendelsohn buys 10,000 shares at 424.98p, worth GBP42,498, on Friday. Now has 60,000 shares.
