(Alliance News) - Codemasters Group Holdings PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive Frank Sagnier and Chief Financial Officer Rashid Varachia sold company shares on the same day.
Sagnier sold 450,000 shares at a price of 260 pence each totalling GBP1.2 million. Following the transaction, Sagnier holds 3.3 million shares, representing 2.1% of the company's issued share capital.
Varachia sold 200,000 shares at 260p each for a total amount of GBP520,000. Following the transaction, he holds 1.5 million shares, 1.0% of Codemaster's issued share capital.
Shares in the video game developer were trading 0.9% lower at 274.95p each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
