Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings PLC - Warwickshire-based luxury car maker - Non-Executive Director Mahmoud Samy Mohamed Aly Elsayed sells 3.3 million shares at GBP0.54, worth GBP1.8 million, on Wednesday. Had bought 1.0 million shares at GBP0.50 as part of Aston Martin's equity raise back in June.

N Brown Group PLC - Manchester-based clothing & footwear retailer - Chief Financial Officer Rachel Izzard buys 57,377 shares at GBP0.61, worth GBP35,000, on Thursday. N Brown on Thursday announced plans to raise around GBP100 million in equity and move its shares to London's AIM market, amid a half-year profit drop.

Medica Group PLC - Hastings, East Sussex-based teleradiology services - Chief Executive Officer Stuart Quin buys 27,680 shares at 107.30p, worth GBP29,701, on Wednesday. CFO Richard Jones buys 18,260 shares at 109.50p, also on Wednesday. Quin now has 67,042 shares, while for Jones the purchase is his only holding.
