(ShareCast News) - Telecommunications giant BT is expected to this week unveil details of how it plans to deliver fibre broadband coverage to homes in rural areas.The company has already been tasked with extending the level of coverage from the current 80% of homes to 95% by December 2017.Its plans for how to achieve total coverage are set to be laid out at a digital economy conference on Tuesday by chief executive Gavin Patterson, the Sunday Times reported.It comes as BT announces plans to moves its call centres back to the UK, from where it now plans to answer 80% of its customers' telephone enquires.The company is awaiting regulatory approval of its plans for the £12.5bn takover of EE.
