BSD Crown Shares Up On Willi-Food Interest, But Says No Sale Planned

LONDON (Alliance News) - BSD Crown Ltd shares gained ground early Wednesday after it said it has received a number of approaches for its 62% stake in Willi-Food Investments.

BSD said it has received multiple approaches for the stake, but said it is not currently in negotiations to sell the holding and is not currently contemplating such a sale.

Shares in the investing company were up 23% to 24.50 pence on the news, one of the best performers in the London Main Market.
