BSD Crown Appoints Nir Netzer As Director With Immediate Effect

LONDON (Alliance News) - BSD Crown Ltd on Monday said it has appointed Nir Netzer as a director of the company with immediate effect.

The Israeli firm, which has been looking for new investment opportunities since May, said Netzer is the chief executive of DEN Financial Consultancy Ltd, also an Israeli firm that manages investments in various countries, provides consulting services to private investors and provides financial services to local and foreign companies.

Netzer has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Israel and was the chief executive of GH East Europe Ltd, a real estate developer that is owned by Gamla Group and Harel Insurance Group. He is also the chief financial officer of Engel East Europe NV, a Dutch real estate developer that used to be listed on AIM.

BSD shares are currently suspended.
